| We charge a single flat fee for each order, regardless of the number of items or the number of shipments in the order.
The shipping charge is based on the total merchandise value of the order. See the chart below for packaging and
shipping charges on your order. A $4.99 processing and fuel charge is included in our shipping rates. The processing fee will be applied if a 3rd party account is used. |

| Backorders: Occasionally, demand for certain electronic parts is so great that industry-wide shortages emerge and we are temporarily unable to keep them in inventory. In that situation, we will advise you of expected waiting time for delivery and offer substitute or similar items as an alternative. There are no additional packaging or handling charges for backorders (only valid for the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO locations). |
| Hazardous Material and Bulky Item Shipments: Certain items may be subject to packaging and handling surcharges due to hazardous materials, size, weight or quantity. Any truck or freight shipments are excluded from the above packaging and handling rates. |
